WARRANTY AND RETURNS

All  products sold at this website have a satisfaction guarantee. Products that are opened, viewed, damaged or modified are not covered.

RETURNS POLICY

Sima S. Enterprises LLC has a satisfaction guaranteed policy!  You may return items sold by childwristband.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund by the same method in which payment was received. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. 
We can not refund a product that has been opened or viewed.  Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In addition, we can only issue partial refunds for the return of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts.

REFUND POLICY

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by childwristband.com. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

SHIPPING POLICY

Given availability of items ordered, domestic orders are normally shipped the next business day, most economical shipping method with an ETA of 3-7 days.  Also given availability of items ordered, international orders are normally shipped the next business day, most economical shipping method to that location with an ETA of 5 -8 days.  Large quantities or custom orders may take longer and customer will be notified of ETA.  Express shipping options are available and cost, delivery method, shipment schedule and ETA will be arranged with customer at time of purchase.  Optional shipping costs are not refundable once service is rendered.

DISPUTES

We participate in the Better Business Bureau's BBBOnLine Program.  This means that we have committed to cooperating with BBB efforts to resolve disputes that may arise under this contract through BBB arbitration.  Upon your request, we will agree to participate in a BBB dispute resolution process to resolve these disputes.  There are limits as to the kinds of claims that the BBB will handle -- please call the BBB for more information.

If disputes do not qualify for BBB arbitration, you agree that the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Sima S. Enterprises LLC or its associates.
